We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal) for all orders placed online and by phone. 

All US and international orders ship via USPS (shipped Ground Advantage, previously called US First Class).

FREE shipping on all US orders over $75, and only $4.95 on all other orders less than $75. 

International Shipping rates vary. If you are outside of the USA, please place your order online and then email here  with your order number. We will send you a payment link for the extra charge for the international delivery service fee or please inquire before placing your order to get the delivery charge fee.  

All orders ship between 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for domestic shipments. If you place your order during the exclusion times, your order will process the next working business day.  All orders ship from our studio just outside of Atlanta. All orders include delivery confirmation.  

Our website checkout uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You have the option to check out via PayPal, which also automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using SSL encryption. 

 No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you can use it. 

Often times we make very limited or one of a kind pieces. When possible, we are happy to make a similar piece just for you, so please ask. Submit requests here. 

 All handcrafted jewelry is delicate, but can last a very long time if you care for it. Always apply makeup, lotion, hair spray, and perfume before putting on your jewelry to avoid build-up from these beauty products.  Avoid rough handling and storing in high humid areas.  Do not wear jewelry while swimming, showering, sunbathing, or in a hot tub. If jewelry gets wet, dry as soon as possible.  Extensive exposure to saltwater, sunlight, extreme temperatures, or chemicals can permanently damage your handmade jewelry.  When not wearing, store in a plastic zip-lock bag to protect and keep safe.  Wipe with a soft cotton cloth to remove make-up and skin oils, if needed. 

Yes, we offer warranties on all of our jewelry. Our warranties cover any defects in materials or workmanship and provide free repairs or replacements if necessary.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. All returns must be received in their original condition, unaltered and damage free. Refund is given once order is returned and will be credited back to your account, less shipping cost if applicable. Refunds or shop credits are not accepted on items returned after 30 days from original ship date or on custom orders. Please email us to arrange a return.
